Unfortunately, I've had to once again update my review based on a recent negative experience with Done. My medication has once again not been refilled on time, and what is worse is I received a text message assuring me it had been sent. I've also been prompted recently to leave a positive review for the company. They seem to care much more about their public reputation, and making a profit, than actually providing a therapeutic service to their clientele. I depend on my medication to function, and this company continues to screw up every two to three months in getting it to me on time. Now I have to go almost an entire week (at least) without my meds because they didn't do the job I paid them for. Unfortunately, in my experience, the only way to get them to act is to start making noise. So once again this review has been modified and downgraded to a two. A three would be me getting my medication on time and a four would be them going out of their way to make that happen, which it seemed that they were doing. Now it's going to take a lot more from them to get me to change the score on this review. If I don't get my medication this time, the review will continue to become more negative.

There have been a lot of different things in my life in the last couple of years, especially in the last year that have really left me bare-faced with my ADHD… in my daily work habits, my patterns, my emotional behaviors. All things I’ve come to realized are pretty much tied to ADHD. I finally sought out help with DONE and this is probably the best decision I’ve made. I’m allowing my brain to relearn. I’ve been using DONE for 6 months and it has been LIFE CHANGING!

I used them for 6 months. Ultimately I cancelled because I was moving to another country. They made trying out adderall as a method to work effectively in spite of the nature of my restless mind a simple process and I was happy to find out it worked for me. As someone who had never really been to a doctor in years and years, I didn't even know how to start that process by other means and Done was highly convenient. I did have some issues when getting my prescription numbers to load up at my local pharmacy but Done would get it resolved for me. I had previously left a lower review for Done but at the end of the day I can't rule the pharmacy completely out of the equation. When I posted my complaint Done reached out to me promptly and within a few more hours, on a Sunday, they let me know that my script was ready at my pharmacy in 30 minutes. I went and picked it up, but I still can't continue to use them long term. In retrospect, I think my lower review before wasn't warranted. Nobody ever did for me what done did by making it easy to investigate this treatment plan and I appreciate them for it.

Done has been a major game changer in my life. As a mental health therapist, my schedule is not conducive for going to in-person appointments every single month. I love that Done does not gatekeep ADHD treatment, unlike so many other providers ("try X amount of non-stimulants first", "drug seeking", pay $50 dollars out of pocket for arbitrary drug screening every month, "you aren't hyper," etc.) I love that my NP views me as the expert of my own life and brain and considers my perspective. I like the ease of the platform, and honestly find that the price is very adequate given the service and customer service I've been given. My only negative feedback is that this month, I was not able to schedule my appointment within a 30 day time-frame, but this may very well be due to the holiday season. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this service both personally AND professionally. Thanks Done! :)

The Done team was responsive to my concerns and provided sound treatment advice.

Trustpilot has many excellent and many bad ratings for Done, you'll probably notice that a vast majority of the excellent ratings are from brand new users. The poor and bad ratings come from people using the service for at lease a couple of months. I used the service for about 8 months before I decided I could no longer trust them to provide adequate care. Like many others have said, things started out great. I had a telehealth consultation with an affiliated psychiatrist and he was great. I came to Done having previously been diagnosed with ADHD, so we continued my standard treatment. The first month was fine, but support began to deteriorate after that. At month #3 it took 6 days for them to fulfill a prescription renewal request. At month #5 it took them 8 days. At month #6 it took them 14 days. At month #7, 7 days. Also during month #5 I received an email out of the blue telling me "Your appointment is confirmed!" - they had scheduled me for a follow-up with a different provider - seems the provider from my initial appointment had left. I logged on for the appointment at the scheduled time but the provider never showed up. I emailed Done to tell them no one showed up and they apologized and scheduled me for another appointment two months out…see month #7 below. At month #6, being concerned they were taking progressively longer to respond to my prescription requests I began preemptively following-up shortly after submitting the request. Email is the only way to contact them - the support widget within their "portal" is only a bot that links you to 'help' pages on their website. After repeated follow-ups they sent in my prescription 14 days after my initial request. At month #7 when it was time to log into the rescheduled appointment from month #5, the appointment was cancelled minutes before it was scheduled to start. To their credit, they did refund me that month's fee. But still, wow. Unprofessional. Key Points: Their selling points include "fast appointments" and "continuous care". You should be aware that neither of these are reality. And continuous care is actually an email address. There is no one you can call. Mostly importantly there is no one you can hold accountable when things go south. There is a link to "schedule a call" on their website and at the footer of their support emails - but it leads to a broken link/404 page. Takeaway: If you have not been diagnosed with ADHD previously, see a regular brick and mortar provider, since those that are newly diagnosed will often require frequent evaluations and treatment adjustments. When I first started I needed several adjustments. Had I needed this kind of care from Done it would have been a nightmare. By relying on Done, you could be put in a position of repeatedly running out of your medication, which I believe is irresponsible and potentially dangerous. I would not be surprised if this company folded or was forced to shut down by a regulatory body. I am probably the lowest-maintenance customer possible (already diagnosed, just need to continue my existing medication) - and they were not capable of providing for my care. Especially if you are new to this, go to a regular provider you can visit in person.

After years of putting off seeking treatment or a diagnoses for various personal reasons (in large part the need for in-person monthly consultations, as I travel a lot professionally & personally), I finally stumbled across DONE in my research for treatment opportunities. As with anything new, I was a little skeptical at first, but honestly I have been blown away by the experience. The website is simple and easy to use for scheduling initial consultation and contacting the physician later. My physician was very knowledgeable and professional during the consultation, and I left feeling like she understood my issues and how we could combat them. I've since used the website to contact my physician with questions on the medication and dosage, and have received prompt and detailed replies and adjustments as necessary. The prescription refills have been smooth, ensuring I don't run out of medication. I've recommended DONE to a few friends in similar positions as me, and all have had similar experiences with their physicians and prescriptions. Overall, I'm really impressed with the company - it's a perfect fit for my needs, and I'm happy to be using them moving forward.

So far my experience with Done has been excellent. Setting up and having my initial appointment was easy and fast, and my provider is incredibly caring and understanding of my symptoms and started me on a treatment plan that worked right away. My provider is always quick to respond to messages, and so far I haven't had a problem getting my changes to medication and dose. I was slightly worried at first based off of other reviews on here (with subpar providers and problems with prescription refills), but from my experience I haven't had any of these problems to date. All in all I'm very impressed with Done and my provider!
