Done has been such an easy and smooth process in addressing my ADHD. The main attraction to Done was the fact that it is one of the only online ADHD Telehealth providers operating in my state.My provider is very responsive and getting appointments are not terribly difficult. Another area Done shines is with its “auto renew” prescription option. I personally have never had any issues waiting on a script to be sent to my pharmacy, nor did I have to fight with anyone to get my medication filled. My prescription has been routinely sent early to my pharmacy waiting to be filled taking the worry off of wondering will I have any days without my medication. The Care team is also very responsive and really kind! Any issues or questions I have are always quickly and carefully responded to. Overall, great experience with this company!

Without DoneFirst I am not sure I would have ever been able to receive treatment for my ADHD. The ease of scheduling combined with effective treatment and consultation has made the experience simply wonderful. I am not sure I have any treatment without DoneFirst - I was able to schedule an appointment thar worked with my "busy" schedule and the frequent reminders and open availability enabled me to actually show up. My initial consultation and conversations enabled me to look deeper into the issue and they helped me decide treatment was the right choice based on my history. I cannot thank this service enough - without DoneFirst, I probably would not have any treatment options that felt "available" to me. I felt no shame or anxiety from going forward with DoneFirst, and I am ever thankful :)

I have been using Done since Spring of last year and I can't express how much the service has changed my life. In a time where even scheduling a talk therapy appointment is nearly impossible- let alone getting a full ADHD diagnosis, Done was able to get me an evaluation within a month and help me properly manage my ADHD. Done removes the barriers of insurance, time, and availability in getting help with managing ADHD- and while the upfront cost may seem like a lot, its nowhere near how much a full evaluation can be through other channels (even with insurance)
