So far my experience with done has been great. It’s the exact same thing as a regular doctor except over webcam, which is much more convenient for me. My doctor is so nice, and I like her a lot. There really isn’t anything else to say, other than I highly recommend them.

Probably saved my life! Done. Has been amazing! I have suffered my whole life with either no one listening to me, wrong medications, or not having the insurance or finances to afford help. Done. Has made everything fast, easy, affordable and efficient! They have worked with me to make sure I’m on the right meds and doses. They listen to my concerns and made appropriate gradual changes instead of just dumping in cocktails of new drugs just to shut me up. They have seriously changed my life! This is the first time in my life I have felt I can function more typically, being more productive with a quieter mind, and has lessened my massive depression and anxiety considerably! I’m actually excited to see how much better I can be. Like I can almost see all the “potential” I’ve been hearing I’ve had for the last 40 years haha!

Everything is very straight forward and easy- from the initial diagnosis to getting refills every month. Easy to obtain care even when I am uninsured. Reliable. Getting care this way has been a huge game changer. Highly recommend Done.

My experience from start (almost a year ago) to current time has been outstanding. I never once felt judged and/or misunderstood by my clinician; she actually made me realize that I have been misdiagnosed for years and have improved my moods, focus and anxiety I would have on a daily basis. I have actually been able to come off of 2 other medications (for the misdiagnosis) over time and I’m a much happier person for it. Thank you DoneFirst!

I really enjoyed my appointment with my done provider. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The treatment plan I am on is great. I feel like I have finally taken control of my life . My work life has improved. Two points of feedback: 1) Done files my prescription too early in the month . If I need my prescription on the 24th they send it to my pharmacy on the 10th . This causes my pharmacy to take it off the shelf and sometimes when I go to pick it up it’s out of stock. 2) Inquiries with customer service can take up to 24 hours . Other then that I am a happy camper. I am really happy that I found this service and look forward to continuing my treatment with Done .

Receiving help with Done has been one of the best Healthcare experiences I've ever had. So many times in a traditional doctors office, I have felt judged and not heard. I haven't had that problem at all with Done. The providers I've seen have been helpful and understanding. In my opinion, it is affordable, especially compared to having an office visit. The website is easy to navigate and makes getting medications refilled simple. My medication has always been called in correctly and on time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The greatest Telehealth service I have tried. My prescriptions are never late, the process is totally online, and the platform makes it easy to talk to your doctor. I recommend this service for anyone who may be looking for ADHD treatment!

It has been a full seven days since I have requested my medication. I am officially out of meds. I am not a happy customer. I have attempted to reach out and need this taken care of Can someone please contact me through the email that I have provide or request more information. I have emailed from my portal also Here we go again. Done is a great service when it works correctly. I am s still waiting on my renewal it's been five days. I am now officially out of medication. It seems as if every 2 months or so they drop the ball. I would really like if my prescription could be sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. Can someone please assist. There is no way to contact customer service directly and quite frankly it's annoying.
