Their care team is great from my personal experience. Great choice for me and has really put me in a better place in life hearing from their professionals. Takes awhile until your 1st appointment date, but it's so much more convenient than something in person. I do wish I selected a better/larger pharmacy in the beginning as this was the biggest frustration for me. Transferring the prescription made me jump through several hoops but their care team was able to help with that when I brought it up to them.

I've been with Done for awhile. Decent experience in the beginning. Then I didn't receive a prescription and ran out of meds. As the average response time from Done is 3-5 days, I contacted them over a week in advance. Didn't matter. I had to track down my provider's personal phone number and let them know I was out, to get any response from Done. They sent me a kind apology and I moved on. Now here we are, 4 months later and it's happening again. Done changed my provider without notifying me. The new provider prescribed a totally different medication that the pharmacy can't fill, and when I called to address the issue, I was informed it would take 5 days to switch me to a new pharmacy, then however long it takes for the provider to resend the prescription and have it accepted. Done didn't resolve this issue in time for me to get my meds before running out. I was able to get a prescription elsewhere to bridge the gap. I feel terrible for anyone who experienced fear and withdrawal symptoms waiting for Done to respond.

Becoming a member of done has truly been a blessing for me. Tackling something like this has always been a fear of mine, and going through Done has been anything but fearful. The staff are so helpful and always available, and now my professional career has dramatically improved. I highly recommend to anyone that was feeling similarly!!

Absolutely amazing! I have battled ADHD for years without medication basically because I was embarrassed to ask for help. Well I had enough and reached out to Done. From the start, I was treated with the upmost respect. My doctor made the whole process so easy! He made me feel comfortable and I was open about everything. I don’t know why I waited so long. I am doing better at work, actually getting recognized for outstanding work! My college grades went from “C’s” to A’s”. My whole life has changed for the better! The first meeting was fine and I was diagnosed and prescribed medication a few days later. I’ve only filled 2 prescriptions but everything went smoothly, they even increased my dose after I requested it. They are slow to respond sometimes, so if you need frequent communication that may be an issue. Other than that everything has been fine.

Edit: after leaving a negative trust pilot review I got a response almost immediately and a voicemail saying they were going to submit my Rx for refill immediately and it would be ready next day. Just got off the phone with my pharmacy and they don't have anything submitted for me. My partner has been waiting 2 weeks without phone or email response as well, this company charges you but doesn't do what they are supposed to. I am currently on hold with the company (again) and if I don't have my and my partner's Rx filled by tomorrow we'll be submitted for fraud to our credit card company. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My provider was fine but the company is terrible. After my first Rx was filled the company was near impossible to get ahold of despite my being automatically charged for a 'membership' I had no idea I was signing up for. I figure since I was charged I'd request a refill and they refilled it...at the wrong pharmacy, even though I had included the pharmacy info in my request to try and make it fool-proof. The company doesn't respond to emails and takes forever to answer the phone (if they do at all) and after I finally got someone on the phone they told me they'd take care of it. Great. It's been a week since then and my pharmacy still doesn't have my Rx, and I've been waiting an email response, and have been on hold for 30 minutes at this point (edit: a recording just came on to tell me to call back later, no option to leave a voicemail or get a callback). I'll be switching to another company that actually has some sort of customer service set up to actually work for their customers.

The appointments are short and simple. The providers are very easy to talk to and really listen to your concerns. Prescriptions are sent without hassle and follow-ups as well as continuing care being available at the touch of a button as the process is done online making it convenient and comfortable.
