My new Doctor was incredible!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I’m excited to work with him in the future. Has definitely changed my view of DONE as my previous provider was horrendous.

Well I will say that Done changed my life. I get it, people respond differently to medication - but this review coming from someone who’s never been on it and then going through through the evaluation and then being prescribed medication has changed my life for the better.

I was skeptical at first, but glad I bit the bullet and went through with my appointment. My DR is awesome and very attentive. I don’t feel like I have to exaggerate my problems in order to get quality care. So thank you Done. for creating the platform that you have for people like me!

Exactly as advertised. I was skeptical of Done at first, but they've been reliable, easy to contact, and responsive to issues/problems.

I was having a really tough time finding a specialist after I moved across the country. It just seemed like anyone nearby that was qualified to help me was unavailable or completely overbooked. In stepped Done. Setting up my first meeting was so simple. Despite that I was still nervous. Needlessly, it turned out! The staff at Done put me at ease immediately, and listened to me in a way I hadn't experienced since before my move. They were thoughtful, careful, and gave me all the time I needed to talk and ask questions. The first experience, and every one after, has been nothing less than fantastic. I plan on staying with them for the foreseeable future, and I can't recommend this service enough

The team at Done has changed my life for the better. Since treatment my life has become more manageable. Given proper diagnosis and a safe place to communicate it, I am now able to grasp what it is I experience. With the right support team it is all manageable. Before done, my life was falling apart.

Dr. Cruz and the entire Done Care Team have provided a superb experience for me. After countless attempts to try to find a specialist to discuss my challenges with ADHD, I was left feeling defeated as providers were either booked solid with no openings for 6+ months or not taking new patients. Upon talking to general practitioners, I was prescribed medications that did not address the root cause of my issues, but rather help mitigate symptoms. After signing up for Done and meeting with my doctor, I was not only able to discuss my concerns and issues, but I learned a great deal about my condition from Dr. Cruz. She put me at ease as she described my symptoms, explained the gaps in my previous attempts to seek treatment, and provided me with an excellent care plan. I've now been Done for 3 months and I have to say it has changed my life for the better in so many ways. The care team has assisted me with insurance pre-authorization and answered all my questions effectively and in a timely manner. Follow up consultations are easy and communication with my provider has never been easier. I would highly recommend those that are struggling with undiagnosed ADHD to sign up for Done. It will change your life for the better and is worth every penny.

I previously wrote a review when I first joined and it’s been about 5 months now have not had any issues I’ve read a lot of reviews on here about people running out of medication I personally have not experienced this every time I get a prescription renewal I can request another in 26 days it usually takes 3 buisness days to process but so far I think done is a great site to use
