Customer service is really great, any issues I have are addressed quickly. The team is friendly and follow up is timely. I have no complaints thus far!

Done is the most efficient way to get help for my ADHD. Scheduling appointments is super easy and I receive my medication in a timely manner.

Issues more often than not each month, non-existent support. I set up an appointment with the care team for an urgent matter and they did not call.

They blow you off when they say they will call you at the scheduled time, drop you from your provider without your warning or consent, lie about the paperwork they need and when they need it, don't ever answer any emails you send them, and steal your money for the privilege. STAY AWAY, Done First does not care about any of their patients. I have waited for two weeks without responses to emails I have sent, have been blown off for calls from customer service TWICE, and am ready to dispute the charges on my card because they simply will NOT help me. Update: after going without any sort of reply, I was able to do a charge back and recover the money this scam took without giving me care. Now it seems like they finally want to talk to me. UPDATE 2: It is an absolute JOKE that this company has the gall to demand I schedule a call via that link in their reply. When I followed it it showed no appointments available, so I would not even be able to call them back. IN ADDITION, I tried multiple times over the course of a week to get a call from them, and they blew me off every time. It's ridiculous that they would think I would want to try again only to be ignored. Especially considering their founders have been legally charged for their shady practices.

It takes a long time to receive a response for instance when requesting refill on Rx, then when I finally get a response and I am told my Rx has been sent to my pharmacy, it has not been sent. This happens often. The last time it happened, I missed an entire month of medication due to Done's mistake and I was supposed to be credited a free month for this and have yet to see it (I have several emails back and forth with the done support team promising the credit, but have not received a thing).

Oh, so is this site how I can finally reach someone?! If you're not following the news, the heads of this company have been arrested for fraud. Fraud is how I would summarize my experiences with them in a nutshell.

I can't get in touch with a live person

My first month with Done was great. Second month began the trouble. Doctor sent script to the pharmacy Done partners with. After a month, no med was sent. When you call the pharmacy (outreach rx), no one answers and they don’t return your call. Took 4 attempts messaging Done to get customer support (because their “contact us” actually just sends your message to your doctor and not to Done). There is an option to schedule a call. I missed the call by 7 minutes. They left me a voicemail with no call back option. I scheduled another time and they never called. I scheduled again and they never called. After a week they replied back to my message that finally got to customer support. They told me that I didn’t pay Outreach RX which is why the meds weren’t sent. I asked why wasn’t I notified and they told me to call Outreach. It costs $80 for generic addy. I call outreach and this time I managed to get someone. They told me their policy changed in April and that it was Done’s responsibility to alert us. I ask if there is a pay portal online, they say no. I ask to pay over the phone, they said they need a new script because they deleted the one I had. I email done for a new script and they claim they have alerted my doctor. There’s no way to check if outreach got it. I was on hold for 1 hour today with them and no one answered. I can’t change pharmacy because all the ones in my area will not fill scripts from Done. I signed up for Done because I struggle to see my in person doctor and go pick up at a pharmacy but at this point it would have been faster and cheaper to just do it that way… Note: Done will reply to this asking me to schedule a call time. Be aware that they never actually call you. I have scheduled 5 times and got no phone call.
