Can’t reach doctor for pharmacy verification. No way to contact to get this done. Feel like I’ve been scammed out of $200. Highly advise to use another service or just go to a doctor. Edit: Tried scheduling through the link provided and I never received any call.

I first started with Done a year ago. The initial consultation was scheduled pretty far out (around 3-4 months), because that was the soonest availability. Overall, my experience has been pleasant. My provider is helpful, friendly, and listens (I feel for the other reviews that did not get this experience).. The treatment has definitely been a game changer for me. My only issue is the lack of ability to contact my provider, or anyone, directly. I have to send a message in the portal and wait up to 3 days. But when I had to contact someone for a pharmacy change, I did receive a call from a live person within a couple hours. The gal was super helpful and understanding that I was almost shocked! I understand the frustration in the other reviews, as it can be annoying to have to go through the portal for anything and then "hurry and wait". But so far, my experience has been pretty good in comparison.

Was great for the first few months, refills were called in on time. Until the physician decided to up my dosage MONTHS ago and still has not changed my prescription with the pharmacy. My refill was 11 days late being called in this month. **update- they scheduled a call with me at 11:30am today & never called.

My first appointment via zoom was two days ago, a clinician never joined the meeting and it timed out. I was initially told since I “missed” my appointment that I could reschedule another one, FOR AN ADDITIONAL $125. Calling customer service is impossible, no one answers, you have to request a call through their site. I finally reached someone who rescheduled my appointment without an additional charge. My appointment this morning was basically a joke. I told my clinician that I was interested in not just prescription therapy but counseling as well, she more or less laughed that off but said she’d forward me a link after we finished with some recommendations (never received the follow up email). At the end of our talk - which was her reading off of a screen - she told me that she was going to forward my file to the doctor for review, that I most probably had ADD and needed medication. Less than an hour later I get an automated text that said that while Done appreciated my interest in their program they wouldn’t be assisting me, that my account was closed and that I wouldn’t be billed FURTHER. They’re keeping the $199 that I paid for NOTHING. I’m disputing the transaction - this is clearly a bogus money grab.

Fraudulent. They do not care about their patients. They have horrible support and it’s next to impossible to speak with your healthcare provider.

I paid for a year up front because after my initial consultation everything seemed above board. My prescription was called in straight away, my requested adjustment in the first month was handled promptly. Now that I am in the third month, I have been getting the runaround for 10+ days. Excuses (when you can actually find someone to speak to or reply to you) include technical glitches, system maintenance, miscommuniciations with providers and pharmacies. After attempting to get in touch and many messages through the platform, emails, a call with the Urgent Help line team and a confirmation text that my prescription was sent to my pharmacy over 48 hours ago, I still do not have my prescription. My pharmacy has had no request. I called a number found through a google search and after the phone rang for 3 minutes someone finally picked up. I insisted I stay on the line when she called my pharmacy to confirm they have not received my precription then she offered no timeline on when this situation can be remedied. I clearly am not the only one in this situation. If you are considering signing up, please save yourself the angst and the stress. Done claims to want to make mental health care more accessible, but in fact they are fostering the exact opposite model by creating stress and angst around paying money for services not rendered (or partially rendered). Please do more research than I did and find a better provider. And whatever you do, do not pay for a year upfront to 'save 20%'

Do not use this company... it's now a scam. Most pharmacies will no longer fill prescriptions for controlled substances from teledoc companies, as the COVID exception is expiring. Done will be out of business soon, and they've stopped responding to emails/calls. Reported them to BBB and my state as fraud

UPDATE: I did get a partial refund, but they are actively trying to remove my review, saying that my experience with them was not “genuine”. It is completely genuine. My rating remains a one because zero is unavailable. My now doctor also told me about this company and their problems… It is not a drug shortage problem at pharmacies; it is a sham company. And these “positive reviews” smell a bit fishy to me. Just saying. Unbelievable. At first, I had no problem. Recently they haven’t filled my prescriptions and won’t answer me about that. I paid for the year and I am certain I’ll never be reimbursed for a pro-rated amount. The company has apparently folded, but they STILL want patients. The only way they do talk is by asking me to activate my account. STAY AWAY!
