The flexible schedule and provider availability makes getting treatment east for a working mother who is also in school. If not for done I would have not been able to get treatment otherwise! They are also quick to help whenever I have a question or concern.

After a hysterectomy I was so frustrated my hormones where all over. I have always not been able to focus but I was way worse. I contacted Done and they scheduled me to talk to a dr. He guided me through my options. He recommended a medication that was new and not the normal for adhd. He also gave me a coupon that allows me to buy it each month since my insurance would not pay for it. I now have been able to do my job and many other things. I’m so thankful for Done. Done and the team has changed my life and always check on me.

First of all, they don't tell you beforehand that they're under FEDERAL INVESTIGATION. When I tried to get my prescription from Done filled at Walgreens, my pharmacist informed me of this fact, stating that Done had "failed good-faith dispensing" and no Walgreens location will honor their prescriptions. Obviously, all of these 5-star reviews claiming "no problem" in getting a prescription filled are complete bogus since any pharmacy would lose their license in filling a prescription for Done. Secondly, after multiple requests, they refused to send my patient record from them to my primary care provider -- despite that it is ILLEGAL for them to do that. Lastly, they have NO phone number for you, your doctor, or your pharmacist to contact them by....you're stuck using their internal chat program, to which they claim a 72-hour response time (which rarely happens, if at all). I'm currently in the process of disputing their $199 charge on my credit card and looking into private and state legal counsel. If you're seriously struggling with mental health issues...I can assure you they will only exacerbate your burden!

I had my first 200$ frickin dollar consult, and at the end the psychiatrist said that because I'm also taking lamotrigine, that they would have to further refer me to another provider, and that Done would contact me about the follow up. 20 minutes later, my profile says I have been DISCHARGED, without ANY treatment. I received a text message saying, "We're sorry, Done isn't the best option for you." AFTER PAYING 200$. I've tried contacting them in many different ways, called, emailed, filled the support form on the website, and have received NO response. I plan on calling my card company to attain a full chargeback because I was completely scammed.

Easy, great service wish follow up appointments were auto scheduled would make things a lot easier

This site was no help whatsoever. If anything cause severe anxiety and frustration. I did not receive a screening. This doctor was insulting and insinuating I was drug seeking. I was here for a screening and to go down a road of trying to get help! Instead she said I’m just depressed, which DUH! I am struggling and already been diagnosed with depression and anxiety! But it’s not working. I feel even more hopeless than I did before.
