This is my first month and had not issues with the process. Had an honest conversation with the provider. Finding a pharmacy was a little work as they didn’t work with my two primaries and had to go to Walgreens.

I have been using Done for 2 Months now. The doctors are easy to talk to and the customer service is great. Scheduling was quick and easy and the virtual appointment make it easier to fit into my busy lifestyle.

Done is a wonderful website and company. It is extremely simple to sign up and register for a session with a provider. All of my questions or concerns have been addressed throughly and promptly. The team is genuinely involved in my medical needs.

They don't tell you until after you sign up that they have very limited access to pharmacies. Also if you need any type of medication change or your medical records they will add additional charges around every corner. It is hard to get above your 15 minutes a month. Not worth the cost

They charged me $200 for my first visit... to even SEE if I had ADHD.. didn't tell me and said my first appointment was $10 which is why I provided my card details, because that seemed reasonable. They didn't even think I have ADHD... I can't even see my membership details, can't cancel and I can't get ahold of ANYONE from their team... This place seems like a scam

Ease of getting help with a professional. They take the time to really listen and help you. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve had a great experience.

Absolute scam. As soon as they get (steal) your money, the app suddenly doesn’t operate. Agents don’t respond by text, email, or phone call except to explain that they can’t cancel your membership because you didn’t provide a reason (despite multiple reasons in multiple communications for multiple days and photographic evidence) or to tell you you’ll hear back within 48 hours (you 100% will not). Once they have your money, the app immediately conveniently cycles on itself refusing to load. Then if you attempt to follow cancellation links from the spam emails from multiple numbers they send you, it just forces you to try to enter more personal information and never allows you to get to a cancellation page. Please please report to BBB and cancel all cards immediately if you are scammed by these people. I have requested immediate cancellation and full refund by email, phone and text message more than 10 times in the past week with no support whatsoever from the scam artists at Done. Reach out to me if you’d like to join a class action lawsuit. Done has a multitude of emails and text messages with my contact information which was also provided during 2 telephone calls and a call request. I also provided contact information to trustpilot.

They are patient in assessment. They are good listener especially the physician. I hate when you trying to explain your condition to a doctor before you finish or halfway, the prescription is being handed over to you. But Done clinicians don’t do this. I really appreciate the follow up calls to know how you are responding to treatment. Who dies that? I give Done kudos for all they do for their clients. Done go far and beyond to call or send a text to let you know your medication are available for pick up.
