Done First is an amazing tele doc service that truly works! I cannot recommend this service enough to anyone who is struggling with ADHD and has been unable to get the medication they need. As someone who has suffered from the lack of access to stimulant medication due to insurance issues (NONE), I understand the extreme difficulties that come with this situation. I had tried three other tele doc companies, all of which took my money without providing any services. Thankfully, Done First was different. The process was incredibly easy and efficient. I completed the questionnaire on Thursday, had my Zoom appointment on Friday, and picked up my Ritalin on Monday from a local pharmacy. The turnaround time was amazing, and I was so relieved to finally have access to the medication I needed. The only downside was the monthly fee, but it was well worth it for the peace of mind and improved quality of life. One thing to note is that major pharmacies may not like accepting their doctors' scripts, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the tremendous relief of finally having access to my medication. Overall, I am so grateful to have found Done First. This tele doc service saved my life, as it had been over two years since I lost access to insurance and my doctor dropped me. I had been struggling to find a psychiatrist and get the help I needed, but Done First made it so much easier. If you are struggling with ADHD and unable to access medication, I highly recommend giving Done First a try. Their efficient and professional service will change your life for the better.

My intake appointment was with a very good listener who was kind. I've been medicated for my serious adhd before and was trying to get back on medication with minimal costs and wait time. Having spent close to a year jumping through hoops finding a diagnosis the last time I was being treated (5 years previously) I am so thankful for Done's service. They connected me with a psychiatrist in my state within 24 hours. I would give them 5 stars but there was a small issue with receiving my medication; pharmacists can refuse to fill scripts at their discretion and because I had no history at my nearest walgreens the pharmacist chose to not fill the script. I contacted done a couple different ways - arranged a phone call and messaged those who needed to know. About 3 hours later my prescription had been resent to the pharmacy I used previously and they filled my prescription. Done loses a star here for two reasons - clearly they can't gaurantee that pharmacies will comply with the prescriptions and that could be especially challenging for a client who has no previous adhd medical history. Also. They don't have a phone number you can call on demand for support. However, you can arrange a phone support call at your convenience - I had to wait about 4 hours for my call and thankfully my problem had been resolved by then.

The consultation took place on time without any issues. The Dr. Was professional and friendly. I had a good experience after the consultation with DONE working with my insurance company.

Dr. Soto was very helpful and asked me questions about my needs and my family history. I have received 1 month of meds and haven't gotten a refill yet, it's been about 2 weeks. Done has helped me so much in my work life and to get organized. I feel relieved that I can get the help I need after no one would listen to my problems for years.

I was once scared to go to a “shrink.” But then I heard about Done and I broke out of my shell with their treatment and am now in a place where I should have been long ago.

The Cheesy: access to adhd medicine and the diagnosis may have changed my life. I always had a feeling the struggles in my career and life in general was due to ADHD but I was too proud to talk about it. The practical: I gave 4 stars due to a hiccup once I was diagnosed and tried picking up a prescription. My insurance required a “prior authorization” before allowing the prescription to be filled. Trying to get back in contact with my provider proved quite difficult. I couldn’t access the portal to send a message to the provider to get the prior authorization processed. Took two phone calls and a negative text message survey to finally talk to someone. I wasn’t able to get my medicine for almost a week after my diagnosis.
