Almost a week without meds AND they…
Almost a week without meds AND they still charged me 80$. They says they are 24/7 but they are not. There is no number to call, no way to schedule a call and customer service is mostly automated. I feel like crap not having the meds. I'm giving it a couple days before I do a charge back for my money. I live In a rural area and it is difficult for me to find care like this. It is what it is I guess. Very dissapounted. *edit* The fact that done replied with the same generic reply to everyone on here is concerning. I will be doing a charge back through my bank. I found out the owner is in jail for fraud. Deff not a good look. This may have been a great platform to get help but not anymore it seems.
