They said they will listen to you in a judgement free space, it was not in my session, worst i have ever done. I was made to feel uncomfortable at the very start! I was talked over and she raised her voice, why? Also, during that 1st session she told me to get help locally. What is the point of online sessions than? Only to take your money $$

I’ve had great results and have come further than in the past. I appreciate the care and support from my provider. Helped with more than just the ADHD, as I’ve had tremendous troubles with grief from losing several in my family and as well as friends. I was given advice as well as suggested literature. The process makes communication easy and the cost is much more affordable for me. I am very thankful that I found Done.

I've always been wierd about things pertaining to mental health. I'm not big to talk about it but I heard about telehealth and decided to try. It was nerve racking at first but I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders as it finished. Everyone has been extremely nice and accommodating to make this the smoothest seamless experience I expected.

Done is not a perfect app and things can take a while to make happen, but compared to trying to get help through a primary care physician Done is the path of least resistance. I’d like to see quicker service but any service is better than no service so relative to other options, Done atleast works.

The doctor is so personable and easy to talk to. She’s amazing. Company is fast and easy to work with. Customer service is fast. They have been so helpful! I’ve sent them to friends in need. So worth it! You won’t be disappointed.

This was the simplest process for a 40 plus year issue. I was glad to read reviews and thoughts about the telemedicine industry and I was glad I saved myself months of being passed around from dr to specialists etc If you’ve been through cognitive behavioral therapy and tested, and your symptoms and are not declining reach out for a second opinion.
