Done as a platform made it easy to explore issues and options. We had detailed conversations and questions into me and my life and my needs before talking about any solutions. Ultimately we selected a treatment and support program that worked for me. I’m near the end of my second month and can’t believe the improvements in my life.

DoneFirst is an invaluable service. I am prescribed my medication through a DoneFirst NP, and I've had no problems in the 2 months that I've used them. Quick to answer any of my questions and or concerns, too!

Getting things done with Done Done is an easy process to get set up. I’m able to have my appointments with my provider Samantha without having to leave leave the house. She makes sure I have the proper medicine I need and makes sure she asks about how I’m doing as well as checking to make sure I’m not having side effects.

I was very happy with how quick I got an appointment! Thru Kaiser I was told it’d be almost 3 months. The convenience and affordability is amazing, especially with how busy I can get. Everyone from the customer support to the doctors were very helpful and explained anything I was unsure about. 10/10 would recommend!
