I have worked for a very long time in many diverse fields and none of them ever once compared to delivery of services like DogVacay. I am continually impressed with the warmth and sincerity each person displays. Because I am a stickler for details and personal service, I am proud to be associated with DogVacay. Also, I had signs made for my car and the contact info is DogVacay just like my business cards.

I'm not much of a salesman, but have recently wanted to host dogs for the experience of learning about the different breeds, personalities and energy levels of each individual dog, and the psychology behind effective dog handling and obedience. Dog Vacay has assisted with the marketing aspect, allowing me to advertise my service to the public through the most effective means Online, with the website, social media connections, and smart phone apps. This diverse array of choices for sending the message to potential customers through this medium has worked wonderfully for me thus far. The calendar setup is somewhat confusing, as it shows a dog booked the day they are scheduled to go home, even if they leave first thing in the morning, and other potential guests cannot sign up for a stay until the following day if you are booked out, which has caused some interference, but nothing major, in the past.

DogVacay works closely with hosts to make sure your pet(s) are safe, happy, and well taken care of. Hosts are vetted and referenced checked. DogVacay posts ALL host reviews for pet parents to read. DogVacay hosts work very hard to create a safe, secure, happy environment for your pet(s). Hosts are very careful to follow pet parents' instructions about pet(s) needs. We provide a loving, safe home for your babies while you are away.

We are a couple of Florida retiree. Two years ago we began working with DogVacay and since then we thanks God every single day for having the opportunity of take care of dozens of furry guests with the support of a very professional company. We don´t have a single complain of their assistance and technical support. DogVacay is the best!

Why take you precious pup to a kennel, when they can stay in a home where they're loved and cared for. Dogvacay not only has animal lovers as hosts, but a 24/7 backup to support the pups, their families and the sitters.

Overall, the service and knowledge of the staff at DogVacay is exceptional. However, I have issue with the limits placed on being able to search places especially when living rurally and the distance from one area to another can be thirty, forty or even fifty miles. There should be no limit. As well, the service charge should be dropped. As the price listed should be the price charged. The host's pay 15% of their earnings to DV so the client should not have to pay an additional fee.The calendar needs to be revamped to show that on the day that dogs are leaving and new ones are coming, that one is not shown as being "booked". As well, the calendar shows clients showing a day early.

We are thankful everyday for Dogvacay. I have been able to leave the workforce and be a "stay-at-home dog mom" while going back to school full time. I do wish that it was a little more restricted as to who can be a host/hostess. There should be more of an interview process, or more continuing education for serious hosts to set themselves apart from casual hosts. Any time we have had to call Dogvacay with an issue, they've taken care of it.
