Smaller than I had thought, but my fault, length is on the website.

We have 2 adorable yet stubbornly energetic Pit Bulls. After going through multiple different (cheaper) shock collars during training, we bought 2 Dogtra collars and haven't bought another since. They are very effective and the range is excellent. Training was a breeze with these, and now we don't even have to use the shock feature at all! Also, our dogs are river otters and can't seem to resist any body of water - therefore the waterproof collar has been so awesome. These collars came highly recommended by our trainer, and we highly recommend them, too!

After fourteen years it was time to upgrade the batteries again. The controller and collar may be old but they still work, just need new batteries. Very impressive equipment.

I have had a Dogtra training collar N280NCP now since 2005. I have just put my 3rd set of batteries in. I'm on my Second Australian Shepherd. My "boys" don't need much, sometimes just the vibrate...to get attention. This is the best training device and Dogtra's support is fantastic. Batteries come fast, they are in SoCA and I live in NoCA. For the last 1 percent of obedience, this training device works wonders. I love the increments of this collar!

I ordered a dog collar charger and paid to have it 3 day shipped. Shipping was more than the charger. I needed it for an upcoming trip. A customer service rep contacted me and assured me that it would be delivered in time. My charger has an expected delivery date of after I leave on my trip. 5 days to get it. I might as well have shipped it ground.

Had some questions about a transmitter replacement and spoke with Penny who was fantastic - very patient - explained everything thoroughly. Really a pleasure to engage with and their products are fantastic.

They advertise $5.00 shipping on orders less than $99.00 but when you check out it doesn't register. Web site needs work!
