RIDICULOUS shipping costs. Ordered a 10$ collar and it costs 8$ to ship? I'd be ashamed to do business like this.

Impossible to provide a review about the entire ordering/purchasing process at this point. The request for the review arrived before notification that the product had actually been shipped. Timely shipping is an important element of the purchasing/ordering process. 02/19/2017 Dogtra processed and shipped my new e-collar in a timely fashion. I’ve used Dogtra products for approximately 15 years and have always had good luck with their e-collars. My new 1900S has been in use daily for 2 weeks. It is living up to my demands and as I expected functions flawlessly. Easy online purchase through Dogtra, prompt shipping, and a great product. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Although the web page was fairly easy to navigate, very little detail (or pics) were available concerning the actual products. After calling and speaking to a representative I found little help there either. They seemed to be as stumped as I did about particular battery connections and connecting cables. I would suggest more and clearly visible pictures of "all" aspects of the items, this would have come in extremely handy in my search for prducts.

Ordered replacement batteries for collar and transmitter. Prices were average but shipping was very excessive.

Love our 1900S collar. Works great with our 102lb.chocolate lab. Have called customer service in the past with questions and they have always been wonderful.

Dogtra's collar finder is so easy to use, and when I called customer support (twice) to ask questions, the women I talked to were able to answer all of my questions without transferring me to different departments! I just spent $600 with them and I can't wait to get my collars. We use Dogtra collars at work (dog training facility), and I am a huge fan of the quality.

It was easy to purchase online and customer service helped answer all my questions thoroughly!

Never have s problem with this collar and I use it a lot. But, only when needed And, service is excellent
