Hello Ms. Thomas, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your time. We apologize if there is any miscommunication but we have provided a fully thorough review of your system and were not able to find any issues with it. When we received your system in our facility and we had our head technicians conduct a thorough inspection. Our head technician was not able to find any issues with your system’s battery nor its circuit board. The battery was fully functional and the casing on your system was full intact without any structural damage due to any issues caused by overheating or battery issues. As we advised, the system does not emit any heat that can cause any skin damage. The contact points which are made out of stainless steel do contain nickel that can cause irritation if the dog is allergic to the nickel. We also advised to never keep the system on for more than 8 hours. When dogs wear the receiver for more than 8 hours without having the system rotated from side to side to keep the receiver from staying stagnant on one spot on the neck, this can cause pressure necrosis. We have looked into your issue and have found that we have attempted to send out the return label several times. All return labels do come for UPS themselves not directly from us. So this might be an issue of miscommunication. Since the return label route is not working for you we are more than happy to look in other ways in resolving this issue.
