Great service and customer support for international customers

Great product, but missing one feature. This is my 3rd dogtra collar, and I have loved every one I have had. The only problem I have with the pathfinder, is that I am unable to send a correction to the dog without pulling out my phone. It would be nice if they did a software update on the app allowing you to use the volume rocker on your phone to send either a nick, or the tone to the dog. (I dont want to take my phone out and glove off to make a correction when it is -25° out during the SD hunting season)

I love the product, but it seems like one major feature is missing that makes me default back to my 2700TB. Namely, why can't we send a beep or stimulation signal from the GPS Connector. Most of the time, you don't need to look at your phone to figure out where your dog is. When you do, you can pull out your phone from your pocket. But you more frequently need to send a signal to your dog. To do so, you need to pull out your phone, turn the screen on (enter a password typically) and then use the app to send a signal. Two additional buttons on the GPS Connector would solve that problem.

I love the product and it really works, but when a part of it wore out or burned up from I don't know how, they would not replace it. Luckily it didn't cost much, but the whole product cost me a lot, so I thought they should have replaced the part that broke. On that note, I still highly recommend this product cause it works.

We have owned every type training/hunting collar on the market dating back to 1989. We now own 5 T&B collars and over all those years, we only had to have one repaired. That was the first one we bought many years ago. And it works like new along with the other 4.
