I did a lot of research before buying a Dogtra ARC-X unit. I can honestly say it’s one of the best choices I’ve made for me and my dog. Their service has been excellent. I contacted their office on more than one occasion via email and phone. Each time I immediately communicated with an actual person, not a chatbot or ai or call center guy (all of which I got when I reached out to a large competitor). I’m sold on Dogtra as a company, the unit I invested in, and their staff. All are top notch, bar none.

The product itself is great, but I found it really unfair, that after spending several hundreds of dollars (free shipping when you spend that much👍🏼)when I discovered my unit did NOT come with belt clip ( I didn’t know I wanted a belt clip until I used the unit for a few weeks) I had to order it. For $5.99. Okay. Annoying but okay. But shipping was $9.24! That really got to me! I wish I had read somewhere when I ordered that they were too cheap to include a belt clip with the original purchase and now I have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to ship a stupid little metal belt clip! Shame on you, Dogtra! I wish you would automatically include it in EVERY order and not nickle and dime an otherwise satisfied customer. Left a bad taste in my mouth!

Been using a Dogtra SureStim 7000M system for over 16 years and it is still going strong. I only had to change the batteries once. You get what you pay for. I am keeping it as a backup and getting the new Black Edition 1900X for Belgian Malinois number 2. I tried a $36 Amazon cheap unit just for a comparison, and there is NONE! You might not need the Black Edition 1900X, but any Dogtra system that fits your budget will serve you for a LONG time and will be money well spent! Trust me, get the Dogtra!!!

Outstanding Client Services and Support! I wanted to use my 12 year old Dogtra with my new pup - but it needed some attention. Received it back today - perfect tune up and good as new! It will always be Dogtra collars for this family :)

I was introduced to Dogtra products by Pro trainer Bill Eckett in 2008 and have been a customer ever since. Customer service has alway been great. Talked with Shaun Petruk yesterday, he was very helpfull, my order was shiped that same afternoon.

Sean was very helpful and courteous. He provided a few options to resolve my problems and was not pushy. I ended up ordering 2 new training collars directly from Dogtra. He offered a 15% discount as a returning customer.. He also offered to help me set up the new products when they came in the mail.

I have been using the 200iQ since April and it has held up very well to abuse from me and my Malinois. We are training for longer distance SAR work and need a set with greater range and the ability to use two transmitters coupled to one receiver. Shaun P did a great job helping us identify the best combination for accomplishing this. Thanks Shaun!
