I got charged 158 dollars because I was 5 minutes late to a 50 minutes counseling session. The app took down the session link so I couldn't even enter the session. Multiple calls and emails made. The staff told me it was my fault to be 5 minutes late to counseling session. Come on, counseling session has usually 15 minutes grace period and the session won't get cancelled but shortened if being late. If your platform can't practice beneficence and ethical care for counseling clients, don't offer those services. I deleted the app. More worries and stress were caused by the app. Not worth it.

I primarily chose Dr on Demand for getting quick treatment. I realized that i just wasted my time since the provider didnt prescribe any medicines even after getting my lab work done and asked me to consult a PCP, they asked to schedule a appointment which is unexpected. I dont understand what is the point of getting consultation with dr on demand when i still need to book appointment with another provider? even for this appointment I needed to wait for more than 2 weeks. I have been asking lot of questions before I book the appointment and have spend too much of time explain everything. Finally my time and money are wasted, I need to restart with a PCP again. The real problem is getting a in-person PCPs appointment is too hard since no one is available for at least 4 months. Dr on Demand should have advised to consult a local PCP as and when I explained the scenario in the appoint booking time itself. This is totally rubbish. I was not facing this kind of issues when UHC uses Uptum, used to get all support, prescriptions immediately. Dr On Demand consume our precious time and money for nothing.

I have used Doctor on Demand in the past-It used to be helpful. This time around I chose the ''wait in line' option which is new. All day it said '15-20 minutes'. I waited for hours and hours-No one ever came. Then finally schedule an appt, missed it by ONE MINUTE due to wifi, and they still charged me. I begged and begged for a refund, and their bot customer service just sent me scripted denials. Clearly they've outsourced and I will never use them again.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience during my recent telehealth appointment with this provider. I scheduled the visit because I am experiencing significant work-related stress, severe sleep disruption, exhaustion, and emotional strain that has begun affecting my ability to function and work. During the session I explained in detail that the situation at my job has escalated to the point where I have been missing work and feeling overwhelmed. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of what I was describing, the provider repeatedly reframed workplace disciplinary actions as “positive feedback” and suggested I should simply use them to “do better next time,” rather than addressing the impact the situation was having on my mental health. At several points I explained that I was extremely stressed, agitated, and at my breaking point with the situation. I also requested documentation confirming that I had attended the appointment, as I have been struggling this week and had missed work. The provider refused to provide even a basic doctor’s note or visit confirmation. What made the interaction particularly upsetting was that when I expressed my concern about not receiving any documentation or support, the provider appeared to smirk during portions of the conversation. That reaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that I was explaining serious stress and emotional distress. When I stated that I felt the interaction was being handled poorly and that I intended to report the experience, the provider abruptly ended the call. Patients seeking mental health care should feel heard, respected, and taken seriously. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling dismissed and unsupported at a time when I was actively seeking help for significant stress and emotional strain. I hope the practice reviews how patients in vulnerable situations are treated during telehealth appointments so that others do not leave feeling the same way.

Total scam. They charged me for a no show despite being available via mobile and desktop at the time of the appointment. They have since ghosted me at my refund request.

Scheduled a visit, logged on five minutes early to the site, and after waiting an additional fifteen minutes, my visit was canceled because the doctor couldn't be bothered to show up. The next available appoint wasn't until the next day. What a joke. Don't bother trying to use this worthless site.
