I have seen Dr Matthew Walton a few times now and he is compassionate, caring,and empathetic. Great connection for the visit and great Dr. and bedside manner! 100% recommend to anyone!

I used the services because it’s paid for by my insurance but honestly a complete waste of my time, I had a back spasm which I explained was after doing something extraneous that i normally don’t do, I got a nurse practitioner not a doctor who asked me a series of questions on what I had tried when she basically saw I had listed everything she was planning to recommend which was common sense things you could easily google, she asked how I had access to so much and about my medication history which I do have chronic migraines I take a series of preventative prescriptions that are not pain killers or in the category. Proceeded to tell me bc I have a history of chronic pains (aka my migraines) my back pain must simply be a part of that and that my doctors which I have been in treatment with for migraines for 15 years has clearly incorrectly diagnosed me ( side note my doctor is one of the country’s top neurosurgeons) and that my nuerosurgeon must have diagnosed me wrong and I need to go back to have a correct diagnosis bc my back pain has nothing to do with me having had lifted a ton of heavy items but a wrong diagnosis related to my migraines and that she could do nothing for me but recommend ibuprofen. I am sure this nurse practitioner whom I may point out looked like she was so annoyed she had to roll out of bed, hair wasn’t even brushed, somehow knows better than a neurosurgeon that is highly sought after and whom has spent more than 5 minutes with me to diagnose me who has my full medical history knows better this nurse practitioner with 5 minutes a a brief 2 minutes of some of my medical history based on my medications knows so much better to just start calling a professional in her field that is higher since they are a doctor wrong. Sad excuse for a professional and visit I definitely don’t plan on using this service again.

Literally nothing good about this company. Every bad review written here is exactly like my situation. Terrible non-existent service. No-late policy forgiveness after 5 min. Random fees. Horrible. Don't get stuck with dealing with them for your medications/etc. Many of the physicians were not good in any way. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone... AI, anything.

Scam alert! I am not a patient Never inquired or used this service Today a $184.00 hold was placed on my debit card Immediately disputed with my bank This is not ok.

I had an appointment at 3. I was 5 mins late logging in due to logging in issues. They canceled my appointment as a no show. Now I'll have to pay $119 for the no show appointment fee. I called at like 3:13 and let them know what happened to see if I can still have the appointment. Was told there is nothing that can be done at this time. I would have liked to stay with this company and have the appointments I need with the trauma therapist for my past trauma I endured as a child. I have complex ptsd and this is just a little bit too much for me. I waited about a month to have this appointment with this trauma therapist. I guess I will seek treatment somewhere else in the future. Just understand if you miss an appointment with this company they aren't understanding of your situation and will charge you a fee for no show.

Logged in and it said 0 wait time. Filled out information and the next screen said less than 5 min. That screen lasted 32 minutes. The next screen said doctor is joining your visit. That screen lasted 15 min. Then visit ended.

Waste of time and Money. I needed a very specific service, with a medical doctor. I was assured I was seeing a doctor, not a PA or NP and they could provide the service with documentation needed. NOPE. Set me up with a NP, even though her profile said she’s a doc, and she wouldn’t provide the documentation I needed. All after a half-hearted assessment. Just a joke of a service all around. Never again.

Terrible experience. Needed an antibiotic and prednisone for sinus infection. I’ve been treating the sinuses for 40 years and it works. After a ten minute lecture on antibiotics, the provider said she could have made more money moving on to other patients. Needless to say I didn’t get what I needed. Waste of time and there’s an integrity issue. Adding to this a week later. Going to my primary doctor, I had a sinus infection and ear infection. They immediately gave me an antibiotic and steroid and asked me why I waited so long to get on a treatment plan. Unfortunately it’s because I was misdiagnosed with Dr on Demand.
