The urgent care on demand request went completely unattended. My son was having 104 F fever and unfortunately, this was the only option available on my insurance plan for a virtual doctor appointment. The website offered a virtual doctor within 35 minutes of wait and I was prepared to wait. However, even after 1 hour of waiting, there was absolutely no response or even an indication of how much longer or any revert from the system. Unimaginable that in this day and age, Doctor on Demand can be so uncaring. Third word countries have better care facilities than what I experienced here!

Horrible app
Horrible app, customer support says app was working when it was not working on my end. Missed an appointment due to email that doesn't explain anything, so I'm paying for nothing.

Rude doctors and customer service
Horrible service with the doctor and their customer support. The doctor rushed me, didnt allow me to speak, cut me off and hung up on me. Then without telling me didnt refill my prescription which was the sole purpose of the appt. I reached out to customer service several times over 5 days and they wouldn’t listen either and closed the ticket without allowing me to respond when their information was the provider was wrong since i was not allowed to actually speak about my symptoms and prescription. I will be disputing with insurance since they billed without providing the service. They will waste your time and scam you.

I am extremely disappointed with Dr
I am extremely disappointed with Dr. On Demand’s service. I scheduled an emergency appointment simply to have a prescription refilled, but was unable to attend. Despite this, I was charged $90.00 to my PayPal account. Three days later, I was charged an additional $155.00 for another appointment I was not aware had been scheduled. I explained my situation to their team, yet I was billed regardless.
I am troubled that billing the customer appears to take precedence over the patient’s health and well-being. As a result, I have removed their contact information and deleted the app. I will not be using their services again.

Awful System, Use Something Else
I made a doctor's appt for primary care on 6.18, as my insurance had just kicked in. I have some issues that I need established care to address and fill prescriptions for.
Today, early in the morning I get a text for the mental health questionnaire (which I had already completed previously) but completed again. (Whatever). The "text" is important - read on.
Then I get an email right near my appointment time telling me it's cancelled. Essentially I was a no show... But I received a text for the questionnaire... why wouldn't I receive a text for the appointment? Apparently that's the way they work.
The customer service are obviously no help, as they don't take fault. They pin it back on me that I didn't have the app downloaded. But I still got a text notification for the questionnaire. So riddle me that, Batman...
They basically told me they were completely in the right, that they would "escalate" the matter. And for some reason, it took the supervisor Sonja multiple times to understand what had happened, even after she routinely cut me off, talked over me, and repeated back things I said incorrectly. I explained it again and again, multiple times, I even asked she remain quiet while I explained it AGAIN, then it seemed to sink in. She made the report and I'll wait around for nothing to happen.
You'd think they'd have some pull and be able to call a doctor to get added on sooner. She told me the same thing I was seeing in the app, that the 20th is the next available date... Oh well, so much for the patient.
I'll never use doctor on demand again, complete trash, and I understand why such a low rating. Why wouldn't they call? Why wouldn't they text? Especially after they texted me at 4:49 AM! I don't make appointments to cancel them. What a shame.

I wouldn't have given the one star had zero been a choice. I had a visit with a "healthcare" provider yesterday. Pretty much a waste of time. Ends up, I have strep throat and have to start on antibiotics. The very thing the doctor said I didn't need. It would be appreciated if the "doctors" would listen to us and our ailments. We know our bodies best. Just take Bromfed, She says. Really??? I am so sick and thank the Lord I have more discernment and got a second opinion. Don't use this company. It is just a money grab.

“Doctor” La’Sheah Stewart was an abomination. She was rude, dismissive, clearly incompetent and did not render any care. She did not even try to listen to me- she was too busy telling me that I shouldn’t be there and I was there for the wrong reasons- like I am an anti-biotic abuser. Stay away! Customer care is just as bad. I tried to contact them and NO response. I can’t believe I paid for this garbage. I finally got an appointment with a real doctor who for on another service and he diagnosed me after careful consideration. It was 5 pm on a Friday. I didnt want to suffer all weekend. Doctor on demand just wants you t money. They have no interest in helping patients.

I am prescribed a medication with a dr and I am unable to get a refill. The pharmacy has reached out and so have I. No one will respond and I have been out of medication for a week now. I was told by the dr that she will see me as needed and will continue to refill medications but that is not the case as of today.
