Every time we've tried using this we've had issues. They tell me to trouble shoot my home wifi. It works for everything in the world besides this dang app. Can't see doc, doc can't see us, can't hear doc, doc can't hear us, cuts off mid appointment. Customer service is a joke. They charge my insurance (no copay cost to us), yet we get zero satisfactory service.

My regular pediatrician office was closed so I thought I’d give this a try. I waited for 40 minutes, meanwhile my son is sick and fell asleep. I couldn’t see the dr at all, just a black screen when she came on. She said she could see me. She kept asking me to put the camera closer to my son so she could see rash on his face and hear his breathing. Well our session got disconnected because my hand accidentally hit the “x” because of trying to maneuver my tablet to let her see. There’s no way to go back once you do that because you don’t have a link or anything for your session. Our session was 11 minutes and even though she told me she was calling prescriptions in for alberterol, nothing was done. I saw in the app she just charged for a visit. I called customer service and explained that she was supposed to have called prescriptions and they said they were going to escalate the request. Their definition of escalation must be different because still there is nothing happening with this and here it is the next day. I am taking my son to a real DR today. I don’t recommend this. I am glad it was free for us with insurance because this is complete garbage! Don’t waste your time!

Terrible customer service. Wanted to find out if a doctor could prescribe PT for my elderly mom. She kept asking me "Who the benefit run by?" I said Medicare. She said no, no "Who the benefit run by?" I said my mom is elderly, she has Medicare. She couldn't understand this. This is someone in the United States too. WTH. What does that even mean, "who the benefit run by." She had no idea what she was doing. I finally hung up. Then I read Dr. Phil owns the company, so I am running far away.

Upon signing up, they shared what I would pay for cost of care and even put the language "No Hidden Fees". Apparently during the month I used the services they had a systems error and insurance wasn't being billed accurately. This wasn't communicated to me until months later when I got an exorbitant bill charging me full price for all my services used during that timeframe. Support team was evasive and unhelpful, unwilling to own up to not standing by their "no hidden fees" and lied about sending me an email in May communicating the issue. They even said my documentation noted language that my copay was subject to change. When I shared screenshots of all my receipts and communications from them (none of which stated this), they ignored it and proceeded to just ask for my insurance. Crooks. Find healthcare elsewhere.

They get one star for connecting me with a provider... Although they said it would take 5-10 minutes and it took 35, not to mention the extensive questionnaire that the provider clearly never looked at. Then, the provider met with me for 4 minutes, which was fine (I have a UTI) and sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Sadly, the pharmacy closed early so I needed to have it sent somewhere else. This should be easy. It is NOT. I tried their messaging service, their customer service number, and every mechanism I could find. Not only did the app not work properly (I could go on and on about the dysfunction in the app) but no one ever responded to me. This morning, I had a response asking me for the address of the new pharmacy, which was already in my original request, but I sent again. That was 3.5 hours ago. No response.

Worst telehealth platform. I tried to work with them but they blamed me for their connectivity issues. I needed to go over possible medications and discuss my sever depression over probably not going to be able to work ever again and what that could lead to. NO FOLLOW UP WHEN THEIR SYSTEM KICKED ME OUT AFTER THE PSYCHIATRIST AND I SAID HI. I hope this message reaches others in time.

Was recommended to use this program by my employer! Horrible experience! Rude PA with no compassion! Was criticized for not having the proper medical devices on hand to test my blood pressure and heart rate! Was asked what is going on and then told she will ask the questions! They are there to make a quick buck and don’t care about the patients!!!

Doesn't deserve any stars. Refused to REFILL a prescription because this so called board certified dr didn't want to step on the toes of a nurse practitioner. Offered to furnish sputum test results from Quest Diag. July 5 and July 11. I have seen my so-called pulmonologist once in 3 years; after my first appointment was 'assigned' to his NP who requires 3-5 days to get a script into Walgreens and didn't bother looking at results that have been in his office for 2 days. I know more about medicine than either of these so-called professionals (emphysema in particular) Doesn't matter that I'm on oxygen therapy 24/7. Better I should go without antibiotics for 3 days while battling pneumonia Her excuse? Liability. Folks, only reason they accept Medicare is because they don't practice medicine - just bill your tax dollars - AND ESSENTIALLY STEAL MONEY FROM EVERY TAX PAYING AMERICAN. Surprised she doesn't demand that the Fed house her in a four star hotel while she charges for doing NOTHING
