Horrible service. Was seen and the dr forgot the prescribe my medication. Been on hold for over 2 hours to try to speak to someone.

I’ve been seeing my therapist on the Dr. On Demand app for a few years now. I have had several periods of time over the last 2 years where they don’t use my health insurance and I’ve been billed full price. I’ve had to fight with them and had to get my insurance broker to step in and help. I’m finally at my wits end and I’m going to find a new therapist. The administrative staff is rude, incompetent, and refuses to return communication within the app- and there is no other way to get help. I’ve sent too many messages to count. I’m completely heartbroken. Don’t bother- you’ll regret it.

They actually treat almost nothing. You will get a fast appointment, however they just tell you to go to an urgent care or emergency room. This happened to me twice. I'm done with this $100 waste of money.

My son was very ill with flu type A he had a virtual visit with an NP, She gave him instructions and wrote him 2 scripts, however CVS couldn't honor her script and contacted us as well as Dr on Demand to inform them that an actual physician needs to be the signer on the script! We have sent Dr on Demand many messages to no avail we have been waiting for 3 days with no contact at all, my son finally made contact and was told someone will contact him shortly that was 10 hours ago!!!!! Bad business!! shame on Dr on Demand! This is how you treat sick patients very sad!! I won't recommend this business to anyone!!!

Absolutely do not recommend. I waited 140 minutes for an appointment for a sinus infection. Doctor agreed sinus infection and stated she’d send a prescription for antibiotics. The prescription was never sent and despite offering 24/7 appointments their customer service is only available Monday-Friday so now I’ll be going to urgent care to get a prescription I should have already had.

Dr. Waffled about diagnosis. Gave opinion about things she did not know about. Only good thing was that I received the antibiotic I desperately needed. Could barely understand her. Did not feel she was a world renowned Dr. like Dr. Phil touts on his show about this service. Can't remember Dr name 12 30 ish mountain time.

Worst company ever. Spend hours waiting on app that crashes. On hold forever no customer service. Tech support is useless.

Does anyone work here? I've been charged full cost even though I have health insurance with set copay, have used the service for half a decade, and I've been waiting two weeks for some kind of response as to what is going on. I've had to dispute it with my bank. I've sent dozens of emails, not one single reply. I absolutely love my doctors and now have to cancel my appointments due to not being able to afford the service (without use of insurance). Terrible experience, and my bank account is negative.
