Worst experience of my life. This LPC was lacking in not only interpersonal skills but her attitude and professionalism as well as showing no interest in me was so appalling it left me in worse depression. I would question any choice of any drs on demand counselors .

My first virtual doctor visit was extremely frustrating. They sent me for a test but were completely unprepared—missing the required documents, which led to wasted time and unnecessary hassle. On top of that, I tried calling for assistance, but no one answered. This lack of organization and communication made the entire experience stressful and inconvenient. I expected a smoother process but was left disappointed. Would not recommend.

I have been waiting 50 minutes to see a doctor and 20 minutes by phone with zero response. Not a great first experience and certainly does not assist with the issue that I am awaiting time with a doctor to discuss. Beyond disappointed.

Their technology is junk. I waited in line, was told my appointment was ready, joined the call and it said the provider would join as soon as she was done reviewing my chart. I waited over 30 minutes and no one joined. I called the customer service line and he said it was a "tech issue" and that I had to get back in line and try again.

I've been waiting 7 weeks for a refund that was acknowledged to staff on the second day. 7 weeks is too long. The doctors on this site are fantastic. But it seems the administration aspect does not care.

My son had an appt on here January 12th to get medication for abscess, so that he could work without pain and lost his job because of the doctors negligence to provide a back to work note as promised. He has been waiting over a week with multiple calls requesting his RTW note and still nothing. Don't waste your money if your trying to get an excuse to return to work. I'm in the medical field in our office would never think to neglect our patients by causing them to lose a job over one simple competent doctor's note. Step it up or find a better way to make a living, rather than cost someone their way of making a living.

Very slow uploading for the Pathology Results. I booked an online consultation on Sunday Jan12 and gave me a Pathology request. I immediately did the Test on Monday Jan13. I emailed the Dorevitch about my result on Jan15 and they replied that they already sent it to the Fax Number provided on the request form (for which I think the Fax number is centralised in their Doctors on demand office) I booked again for a consultation to read my results on Saturday Jan18 but the doctor said that she will wait it will be uploaded to their system. Now, imagine the time of your service Doctors on Demand it is too long and your not organised. The patients do not need to wait because it is important to us

That is a scam I got charged 30 dollars and was talking to virtual assistant and they wanted more money for the doctor the thirty dollars was for missing an appointment it's just a money racket
