I awoke this morning knowing that i needed this service. I did not expect that John would be on the end of that dream. I knew by the sound of his voice, that i would be taken care of; like a baby getting his diaper changed, i had faith in him.. As we exchanged many words, laughs, and tears, we both knew this would have to end. We both stopped to breathe, and re-think. We established that no matter what happens... we will both be happy. It wasn't him, It was me.... I'm excited to see where the future takes us both.

The sales representative David, was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of my billion questions! I am cancelling my services from comcast for directTV because comcast does not appreciate their customers and being a comcast ex employee i know what customers go through to get a quarter of their problems resolved. Anyways, i hope that it will be a better experience with DirectTV so far i am quite satisfied with the way the representative listened to MY needs and did not try to shove additional services that i did not want nor need down my throat. I WILL recommend DirectTV !!!

There are so many versatile options in viewing movies and tv programming including recording. What a great menu and the display is so easy to understand, unlike the (other) company... great job... thanks

Spend the last 5 month with another company, we won't say Witch one. But they suck... I can't tell u how happy I am to be back... First off, ordering my directv today was easy. I didn't have to spend half an hour navigating a phone computer, that won't transfer you to a person. I was transfered to a person right away, and this gentleman took my order and procesed it on a speedy and professional manner. .. It's funny how some companies make it so difficult to order services.. and belive you me, I know, after having spend over 1 hour trying to get internet. So when I called directv, and they handled my order in a brief time, I was very happy. All in all, I will never again leave my beloved directv.... thank you guys for doing a great job...
