Your website had the fees lower and I felt like we had a bait and switch. The price was double when we called. We will let everyone know about this bait and switch tactic and we will not be doing business with directv. The rep was very rude to us and thought we should be happy about paying the extra fees. The hd genie is not free if you have to pay for the service.

I have called 7 times for the same issue over two months and still can't order a simple ppv. I feel like this is not to much to ask. Hours of wasted time. Not happy

The sales rep. was very knowledgeable concerning programs available, equipment to be installed, and amount to be paid to Direct TV. She was very polite and handled my order in a professional manner.

So far pleased with the customer service rep who talked to me in getting DirectTV. I only hope that what he said we were getting and the cost was what he said I will be pleased. We have had extreme issues with ATT and I don't need another promise we are getting what we were told only to find out we didn't get what was promised. I am sure DirectTV well not stoop that low. Looking forward in using DirectTV and get better service for a lot better cost than Cox.

The sales representative was very helpful for me to get the channels that I wanted. The only thing that made me unhappy was that I was not informed about the Dish that would have to be installed and that it would cost me $200 to install it .
