Customer service is awesome they go above and beyond to make sure you are only paying for services and channels you going to use... The Tech that came to my home was awesome he explained everything he was going to do was fast at the installation and answered the many questions we had.. If your on Comcast and are looking to switch look no further DirecTV has a package right for you and cheaper than Comcast...

I have been a Dish customer for 10yrs. The last 3 months have been HORRIBLE !! The CSR's talk to you as if you are STUPID and their customer loyalty program is something I think they have let go of!!!!!
