Great customer service when I called to set up services!

Ordering process was great. I will rate service after it is installed.

So far I am very pleased with Direct TV. The installation Technican was wonderful about explaining everything. So far so good

The phone call was very informative and went very well. However, I was promised a $100 gift card for my subscription and after all is said and done, while going through the accompanying e-mails, the offer was reduced to $25.00. What a crooked way to start a two year relationship.

Whoever helped me was great. After actually looking at what we have and our future, Direct TV is not going to work for us. So sorry to say we have to cancel.

See above. Not able to get internet veried for installation and already paid for it. Called a couple times but will keep trying.
