I'm lost at the end of call was transferred to phone company they didn't know what I was talking about.

The information was given very fast and I had a hard time understanding, I am not sure what I have, I was transferred many times and I was disconnected.

The agent who helped me did not give me the $200 gift visa she said customer service did that part. Wrong the agent was suppose to take care of it.

After1 hr and 27 mins on the phone and being circled around through 6 different people, I had decided to cancel because everybody's stories and reason's why were different and on different pages. Then comes ADAN. He politely asks if he can take a look into the sale so he can give it a try,. and sure enough makes it happen! Great job job dude! We really appreciate your courtesy,professionalism and knowledge. Thanks a bunch ADAN! And because of him, we are now Direct TV customer's.

I called the day of the install and was told it would be an additional 6 dollars for the 4th box, but if they had told me that's was I paying eve 19.98 for I would have understood and requested the additional box at the onset. I'm not happy the with start of my relationship with your company. In addition my neighbor down the street just went with your company and got a much lower rate, which makes me not like your company even more.

the only reason I gave 3 stars is due to customer service. no one knew anything about anything, kept transferring me to other depts., kept getting disconnected. was on the phone for over 2hrs trying to get with bundle dept to fix the problem I was seeing. AT&T was rude on 2 separate calls because they knew I had to have their internet for my area (which I could've just kept TWC). they tried to charge me more than I was quoted by directv. the pricing on directv is fantastic compared to TWC. there was 3 reps that really knew what they were doing. 1 was Marvin in the bundle dept. and a lady rep. that understood my complaint about having to pay a regional sports fee when I do not watch sports at all, ever. she removed the sports ticket but couldn't do anything about the other sports channels without down grading my package. she gave me a credit to off set this charge for the 2 years, a young man that understood why I was so pe-ode about all the transfers and hang ups by everyone (he gave me a $50 credit on 1st bill for the hassle I went thru). So hoo-rah to those 3 only! I only hope as the bills come I don't encounter any surprises.

My husband and I got a an ad in the mail for new DirecTV deals being offered so we decided to go to back to DirecTV (we had them a few years back). We liked DirecTV service in the past so I called DirecTV with a very good idea as to what I wanted. After I called and got a hold of someone, the salesperson (Adam) ended up being incredibly pushy. I often felt like he did not take anything I said into account and was just reading off of a script. He rushed through the phone call as well and never checked to make sure I understood what was happening. I still got the service because my husband and I did want it, and it was a good price, though we are paying about $10 more than what we were planning on according to the advertisement we received. Overall I would give the customer service a 3/5, but the actual product I would rate a 4/5.
