I signed a two year contract that said what my locked in prices were going to be for the next two years, now that only a year has passed they send me a bill that is twice as much as it's supposed to be. I called customer service and they told me that their prices went up, and I said " my contract says these are my locked in prices" the guy told me "oh well just deal with it". Now shouldn't I be able to leave without paying a termination fee because they already broke the contract. OH NO, THEY SAY WE ARE STILL UNDER CONTRACT. I say it's a scam.

The tech Alex Maybie was very knowledgeable and passionate about his product. Will be referring everyone I know to him.

We couldn't be happier with our switch from Bright House to Direct TV. Everyone we communicated with, whether on-line, by phone, and in-person was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Since living in Florida I have had Brighthouse for a very short time and AT&T Uverse for the last 2 years. My bills were getting ridiculous...over $200 a month. I called Direct TV and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with...very informative, friendly and helpful. I am having Direct TV installed tomorrow. They offer a wonderful deal and I looking forward to, not only saving a lot of money but, having all the wonderful benefits they have as standard,

Everything was to my liking . But after due consideration I determined that my choice of package was not what I wanted. But after a simple phone call it was very easy to change to my liking. Thank you.
