Easy, friendly, fast- What more do you need.
After having horrible experiences Direct Tv was there to clean it up. Made me really feel i got more bang for my Buck!

Richard representative provided excellent friendly customer service
Great experience. Several years ago I was a DirectTV customer that left to go to Dish due to continued price increases. Today, was a new day for me with bundling Direct TV and AT&T services to dave $$ on my AT&T cell phone and receive unlimited data. Also, hopefully no additional holes in our roof, if the tripod works. Richard with Direct TV and Jennifer with AT&T were awesome to work with. Outstanding customer service skills.
