Great Service!

This is my first time with direct tv and I feel like they value me as a customer they have great offers for first time customers and the customer rep was friendly and talked to me like she valued me as a new customer

I have not yet had the direct tv installed, so I am unsure of how their cable services would be. However, the phone representative answered all questions and was very helpful.

As a first time home owner and first cable experience, the representative I dealt with was very professional and honest.

Chris was excellent in his service for signing me up for directv. he listened to my concerns and helped me get the deal that worked for my family situation. He deserves some free TV services!! :)

The Sales rep was open and honest, no pressure and gave me all the options available that would fit into my budget! So nice to get all the information up front with NO HIDDEN FEES OR COSTS! I had signed up with another provider for a special, only to find out that the package that was offered had nothing that was promised, and charged for EVERYTHING! I cancelled that subscription exactly 8 days later. Should've came here sooner!

I gave mine a five star because the experience was great with my sales rep. Need more like her . Thank you
