The title says it all. Your sales rep was professional, courteous, congenial, and knew the product. He is a gold mine of information and was the most pleasant individual I have spoken to , regarding a transaction like this, EVER!

I believe the agent I talked to was named Maddy, and she was extremely helpful with finding the right package that fit my needs without paying more than I should. She answered all my questions by actually listening to me (crazy, right??) and provided excellent recommendations.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH BOTH AGENTS THE FIRST LADY WHO I STARTED THE ONLINE CHAT WITH WHO THE GAVE ME A CALL TO MY HOUSE PHONE WITH MY PERMISSION AND THEN SWICHED ME TO A VERY HELPFUL SALES AGENT. THE WHOLE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WAS A VERY GOOD CONVERSATION. I AM LOOKING FORWARDTO CHANGING OVER MY SERVICE TO DIRECT TV. IF ALL OF MY SERVICES IS LIKE THE PHONE CALL TODAY? I AM GOING TO BE ONE VERY HAPPY LADY. YOU HAVE VERY SMART, HELPFUL AND POLITE PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU.
