Honest experience was 5 stars 10 if I could gave it. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I've dealt with techs who wouldn't even acknowledge me. Your tech bent was very very helpful answered all my questions even talked with me not only as a customer but as a human being. Great job Direct TV 5 stars easy.

Morning, Yesterday I had the pleasure of experiencing the chat room with a wonderful person name Jamie. She was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Made my experience very comfortable since I am a first time customer and have been with my present cable company 27 years (Sudden Link bought out previous company) . She schedule my call for the time requested and believe me it was very punctual ; my Rep. was Travis. He was wonderful too ; really made my decision on changing to Direct TV after talking with him and Jamie customer service and attitude is very important to me . Travis explained the deal and promotions very professionally to were I can understand the service being offered. That meant a lot to me because I am a visual person and hands on person ; I need to read for myself in order to understand business transactions ;but the patience ,understanding and reading he did for me made me feel as if I was reading it myself. So with all do Respect I want to Thank your company for having 2 such Gracious and Courteous people working for you. I don't know their ;last names but God does and I'm sending Blessings to them . I called late, about 10:30 at night. My call was answered by a rep named Don. He made it super easy and didn't just ramble on but he listened as well(a rare trait).Every question I had was answered and he only gave me information that I needed without pushing unneeded or unwanted sales pitches on me. The entire process was enjoyable and went much more quickly then I thought it would. I didn't have to exceed my budget to get the package and every channel that i wanted. Im very grateful to have escaped Comcast and am looking forward to a long relationship with Direct tv. Thank you for making this transition smooth and a positive experience.
