Had a great experience signing up for the first time. Everything was explained clearly.

The person I talked to was only interested in selling something/anything. I asked for Internet service, cell phone and unlimited data. 220 channels. And faster than basic 6. Not what I want at all. I scheduled install for Friday the 25th to have time to review all things. It has already been changed to Wednesday the 23rd. I'm scheduled to get home phone(don't even have one) slower internet and who knows what else. You should be more interested in pleasing the customer and not just selling unwanted services.

I was watching chanels that the antanna was giving me and they cut in and out I got a deal that fit my pocket from Directtv

Sales reps are commission motivated so I was not told that I needed to speak with internet company to set up service. I am cancelling my service! I did not leave Xfinity to go to a company that is just as shady!
