I ordered a pair of Phonak Sphere Infinio I90s and got a free TV Connector as part of my order. Service was great: courteous and helpful. It did take a little over 2 weeks to get the product. The Spheres and the TV Connector both work flawlessly. The web ordering process could be improved. The receiver power and the wire length are to be indicated in Special Notes, but that's not obvious. Also, there is no description of what else comes with the order (dome selection, ChargerGo RICSPH I, Cerustop wax filters), and even the order confirmation doesn't describe that. I thought the shipping notification formatting could have also made the tracking information more prominent. My latter comments are just helpful suggestions; the shopping experience and product received were great (the Spheres came boxed with a manufacture date ~2 weeks before my order), and I wouldn't hesitate to order again from Direct Hearing.

I purchased hearing aids from Direct Hearing after Audicus quit carrying hearing aids with small 3 mm domes in about 2018. This is my second set because I upgraded to rechargable. The customer service is amazing and I continue to get great support, fine tuning the settings and solving other issues. A+ for Direct Hearing, if you are thinking on changing to an online service; Direct Hearing is your answer!

From start Direct Hearing has provided excellent customer service. I was reluctant at first to go with an online hearing device provider. Direct Hearing provided me with all the information needed to make the transition to online provider. The savings to purchase hearing aids from Direct Hearing is incredible. Sounds a little cliche, but the deal is real. The warranty and purchasing of new factory manufactured hearing aids are real. I love the new hearing aids and improved relationships that come through having better hearing. I paid for the hearing aids 26 days ago they were supposed to be delivered by 14 days or sooner. When I called they said by 14 working days. Well that time frame didn’t workout either. When I called after 18 days, as always they were very courteous but never followed through on the delivery. What this tells a buyer is they do not have the aids in stock & are unable to obtain them in a timely manner. There is no immediacy when you are charged when the order is placed. After 26 days the aids arrived in perfect order. There were follow up calls & service provided to dial in the settings. They also provided several types & styles of ear pieces which helps ensuring the best hear capability & comfort. Note: if delivery were timely they would get 5 stars.

12 days from purchase and no real contact from the company and no shipping information either. The only contact has been from a marketing guy in another state and nowhere close to the "Direct Hearing Co." location in yet another state. Wondering if this is real or not.
