Customer service and follow-up is non-existent. Promise the world during the sales process, disappear after. No one seems to know which devices I even have, what information they have as far as hearing tests. Very frustrating. Thinking of returning them.

I ordered a Widex hearing aid charger. It arrived with the wrong charging cord. I called, talked to a very nice gentleman and he said a replacement would be forthcoming. I emailed 2 other times - still no cord. I'm frustrated by their complete inattention to customer service.

The hearing aids are good quality. Customer service is abysmal. They offer a free trial period, but make it impossible to return them for a refund.

I purchased Phonak Cros aids in April. I have had to send them back for service twice. Most recently because they only maintained a charge for about 10 hours at most and the sound volume adjustment was not working properly. Currently after being told the charge should last much longer once repaired, there is no improvement. I am only using the Phonak Aids as a backup to my old Signia Aids. What a waste of money!

I talked to Cynthia on June 2026. I still don’t have my replacement hearing aids. The service you tout sucks and if I could give 0 stars I would. FedEx to send back and then UPS to deliver. Why do you change horses in the middle of the stream?
