I spent weeks researching the right price and company. I finally found Direct Hearing and have not been disappointed. Communication is excellent, the product is top-notch, and they have followed through as promised. My devices came pre-programmed with my audiogram results, and I'm in line for the last fine-tuning. You don't need to go to the high-end websites that promise more and charge more but don't really offer more value.

I ordered the new domes; they work great, and I am very happy with them. Little disappointed that they didn't know me as a hearing aid buyer and charge me for them.

This was a seamless process from start to finish.

The person helping me was a hearing aid user and could directly demonstrate how he used them successfully.

Everything was quick and easy I had a personal fitter who, through a Skype type program, helped me set up and match my hearing aides to my personal needs right over the phone.

I received a quote for my Phonak hearing aids from my local audiologist before buying from DirectHearing. I saved about $3000. So far, I'm impressed with the service and online support, including the adjustments to the aids, plus quick and knowledgeable answers to my questions about setting up Bluetooth for my Samsung TV. I Iis also great having an extra year of warranty.

After my fitting with Taylor, the hearing aids worked as I expected they would. Taylor did a great job listening to me and I am very happy with the results. Guess I just jumped the gun in my initial review-my apologies.
