He was able to help me with the hearing test and explained how I would be able to work with someone on the fit of my hearing aids virtually once they arrived. Thank you Trey for making a difference!

Direct Hearing was on top of every aspect of my transactions with them. They were prompt and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do, they did it on time and I never once had to follow up with them. I want all (any?) of my health care professionals to give me this level of service.

Working with the total staff at Direct Hearing has been a pleasure. Everyone from the initial sales staff to shipping and fitting my new hearing aids were extremely knowledgable and polite. Dealing with with Direct Hearing over the internet was extremely easy especially during my hearing test and initial fitting / adjustments. I would highly recommend contacting Direct Hearing for your hearing needs.

Good -Initial experience with sales dept was fine. I informed sales rep that I did not have a smart phone, but would supply a recent hearing test for programming the hearing aids. He said that would be sufficient. Follow-up from Direct Hearing was good with information regarding receipt of the order and payment. Subsequent emails provided anticipated shipping date and finally tracking information. Bad - Email from customer service notified me that product was on the way and they would schedule an appointment to program the hearing aids using my smart phone. Obviously no communication between sales and service as I informed sales that I did not have a smart phone. Ugly - Once the product arrived I quickly learned that the instructions provided were inadequate. Please note that I am a long time hearing aid user. This latest pair is my fourth set and all the other suppliers provided superior instructions when compared with these. Since I could not use a smart phone for programming the Direct Hearing employee suggested using my computer. That attempt failed as I do not have the latest Windows software. Direct Hearing's suggestion is for me to borrow someone's smart phone or computer in order to complete the programming. I don't feel comfortable with that suggestion.

There is a lot of hype about hearing aids online and they explained there sales offerings well.
