You get what you pay for! The prices are great, the products are the same as you’d pay twice as much for. But God help you if you need repairs! This is where this company flops. First it’s a 10 day minimum turn around as the aids have to be sent to a manufacturer repair facility, and then shipped back to Direct hearing to be reprogrammed, then sent back to you.They use UPS ground for this process. Not Express. But they also are likely to completely screw up the repair! As they’ve done in 50% of the repairs I’ve sent in. I’ve had to send in my expensive Signias twice in 6 months. The second time instead of getting the case and both aids which I sent in, they sent just the LEFT AID and no case and no right aid!! So, a total of 10 days waiting, and now who knows how many more while they try and figure out where the other parts are! I can’t even use the left one without the case! This is just not acceptable. Fortunately my hearing loss is mild. But what about someone with profound loss? 25 days with no aids could be dangerous! This is just ann incredible level of incompetence! You’ve been warned!

Direct Hearing has been easy to deal with from ordering online to receiving my Hearing aids. Once the Hearing aids arrived, customer service texted about my delivery and if I had any questions feel free to contact them anytime. Finally, I was contacted to set up first consultation within 7 days of receiving. Great customer service from all departments involved.

all good with a couple of exceptions. > paid $65 for overnight shipping of the hearing aid. Arrived 5 days later ! I sent e mail with attachments but no response. > the initial programming and then “ fine tuning” - this should be reviewed with customer to better understand things. Ex ; high frequencies adjustments , etc. was simply told that it was fine tuned. If I purchased from audiologist that explanation/ review would be done.
