At first I was VERY skeptical - concerned I was buying Temu Oticon or something. NOT the case. Furthemore, the entire buying experience was elite level: all my questions answered, excellent follow up, and the order/delivery process was perfection. Then my fitting/adjusting (all done remotely) was great - Cynthia was SO helpful. The whole process couldn't have been better.

I'm still getting used to the new aids but I have had a good experience with the company. I'm nervous that I don't have a local company to check on me and the aids periodically. Most say they don't server aids that they did not sell...

Most importantly - whenever I called a human answered the phone. They do not use AI agents that slow down communication and leave you frustrated. Every single person I spoke with (initial customer agent, shipping, billing) were a joy to deal with. No pressure, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Direct Hearing.

The hearing aids are top notch but I could have gotten them many other places. I chose Direct Hearing because of their personal service. The purchase was very easy I dealt with a gentleman named Trey Peach. He made the purchase very easy and helped guide me in the right direction. It took the service guys three tweaks to get them completely dialed in for the type of hearing loss I had and at this point, I couldn't be happier. The guy will their programmer. He is awesome to deal with.
