It's been over two weeks since I placed and paid for my order. Not a word since. A series of emails to "customer service" netted only a generic message that orders typically ship in 7-14 days. That was 15 days ago. Can't recommend this company.

Ordered top of line Phonak hearing aids. They don't seem to work any better than my 3 yr old Oticon More3. Constant feedback left ear. Told by David to send in the hearing aid and they would replace ear mold with new. Over Christmas. Sent in received by you 12/21 according to PO tracking. You sent me just the receiver with new ear mold. No hearing aid. Two weeks later still no hearing aid.

This was the most painless experience I ever had with getting a hearing aid. I was a bit skeptical at first, but saw reviews on Trustpilot, who got it right. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Instead of waiting for weeks for an appointment at a local audiologist, I could use a recent checkup with my ENT specialist to do an audiogram, which was then used to pre-fit my hearing aid before shipping. The cost of the hearing aid was a fraction of what my local provider had quoted. Total time for order to receiving was about 2 weeks, and the first fitting session was then scheduled within a week or so. As someone who communicates virtually a lot for work, the virtual fitting was as convenient as it can get.

bought Phonak Audeo I90-Sphere, the sound is not stable. always beeps (automatic adjusted I guess). But really uncomfortable. called online tech, but did not workout, and never get back to me. So decide to return.
