Eric not only takes the time to explain and answer questions, he explains things in normal people speak, not as a technical expert talking over your head. I can't say enough good things about Eric!!

The long story short is that I saved $2390 out of my pocket and saved my health fund $700. One of the major selling points from Phonak is how they can be adjusted via wifi right from your home. Guess what? The audiology company where I bought these from when I inquired about that point told me they couldn't do that. The only thing they would tell me is that they just wont. I'm sure you can guess the reason why. They would not be paid for an office call if I went that route. So you have to schedule a visit, get out of work just to make them happy and cost yourself more money. It was very dissappointing. I was still in my trial period so I returned them and went with Direct Hearing. They were the 1st result that popped up on a search query so I was skeptical. But after that they have been a pleasure to work with. My union health fund from where I retired is even advising the members to go out of network to purchase these because of the huge cost savings. Our fund is locked into a contractual agreement with probably one of the biggest health insurers in New York State and that is the reason they are telling members to go out of network. How many times have you heard of that happening? My opinion is that you can't go wrong.

Never thought I would be purchasing hearing aids online, but to my surprise and delight it went very well. I purchased the hearing aids I wanted through a very easy process at Direct Hearing. Eric was very helpful and explained everything in detail. After receiving the hearing aids I took them to my local audiologist and had them fine tuned. Like many people, I was very nervous about buying hearing aids over the internet. But now, I can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made. This purchase was for my 96 year old mother. Not only did she save more than $1500, compared to buying them from her audiologist, but the service she has recieved from the Direct Hearing representative, Eric Huff, has been exceptional. Eric guided us through very simple ordering and setup, and even two years later he was there to help us resolve a problem (that we actually caused). I highly recommend Direct Hearing. Great price, great service!

We could not be more happy with our Phonak P90 hearing aides! We were shocked at the price since buying direct was 50% less than buying local but still had the same or better guarantees and service commitments. We called on a weekend and even though the message indicated they were closed Eric our salesperson called us within minutes back! He was out with his family but still took the time with us to walk us through the process. Since we knew what we wanted it really made the entire process easy. We are not “techies” but Eric guided us through how to set them up and adjusted them to my husband’s preference all within an hour! We have a followup call schedule to again review any adjustments needed. All without leaving the house! So amazing! We could not be more satisfied with the product, the price, the service! Rare to say that these days!
