I am 80yrs old and would like to share with you my experience with Direct Hearing. I needed a good pair of hearing aids but could not afford what they were selling for at my local audiologist or Costco. Direct Hearing had the best price for Phonak hearing aids and Eric made it easy for me to do an online Hearing test and to adjust them on line after I received them. I would recommend that you contact Eric if you are indeed of a good pair of Hearing Aids.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 50 years. I had always bought hearing aids through an audiologist. I was skeptical of ordering online but Direct Hearing was really great to work with. My daughter whom also is hearing impaired paid over $6,000 for a pair of top line hearing aids. I was able to get better hearing hearing aids for half that price through Direct Hearing. So far I am really happy with my new hearing aids & the quality of service I have received.

I had purchased same hearing aids from a local vendor who also provided support. After a couple of weeks I returned them to the vendor because they were not interested in helping. I purchased the same hearing aids from Direct Hearing. I have had (2) on line sessions for help since. Both sessions have been outstanding.
