I love my phonak hearing aids. Especially the hands free or the phone. The only problem I'm having is I'm not sure the part that goes in my ear is the right size and can't find the original pieces to choose the correct size. I was hoping someone could send me a new set so I can adjust the size. Also customer service meaning Eric Huff is always there for me. Bonnie Friedman

Thank you for your reply. I find it very strange that a code should be needed to be entered when you are advertising a 15% discount on your site. Just a way to confuse old people? And no, the price did not come up at the end as said. Direct Hearing was quick to notice some discrepancies in my order. My order was finally cancelled when I was told that you do not ship overseas, and a refund was made with 7 working days. I rate that response 5 star. Overall I would rate Direct Hearing 4 star since it allowed the order to be placed by accepting data of shipping address when you don't ship overseas.

My hearing aids work GREAT, and Eric and C. J. Have been extremely helpful and patience with me.
