Eric Huff was a pleasure to speak with and really seemed to care about a young person like me getting exactly the kind of hearing aids that would fit my lifestyle and that I’d enjoy. I appreciate the multiple calls and his perseverance to contact me as I had almost forgotten to purchase within the allotted time my insurance allowed me. Eric listened well and was soooo understanding. I wish all representatives were as enthusiastic as him. Thank you Eric for getting me the best deal on my first pair!

Very pleased with the product, the price, and the service from Direct Hearing, and would recommend anyone to give them serious consideration and serving your needs.

For your part, you guys did excellent. Per the tracking report, The product left you guys in Melbourne went to Orlando, Macon Ga. And was at Main Post Office Atlanta, about two miles from final destination, on the second day. All normal postal procedure. But it sat at MPO nearly a week, before moving out to network distribution center 25 miles across town. It was then delivered sometime later. As I said you guys did perfect. USPS has problems right about now.

Eric Huff made purchasing my PHONAK P90 hearing aids a simple process. I took my hearing test on line and responded to the tones I heard just like I have done over the years in a sound proof booth. My P90’s were delivered to me in a timely manner as promised. I am delighted with them. I use the double tap feature constantly for answering and terminating phone calls as well as listening to music. I’m amazed at how well I hear now! I highly recommend Eric and PHONAK! Pete Peleberg

Was an absolute pleasure working with your associate Eric, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend your company to anyone

This is my third hearing aids I bought from the company. Beside having the BEST price in the market ( less then half of retail) their customer service is the best . They are always there to help and that was very important for me. Just received my Phonak Could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I Found Direct Hearing on line, after weeks of Research, and pricing, I was looking at the new Widex Moment 330. With the new zero delay. The EQ and Compression work Very good. Being a musician, 40 + years an a studio owner I'm Dam Fussy.. The Crew at Direct Hearing get things taken care of in Good Time...probably the Best thing is They saved me $2,200.00 plus from buying in the state I'm in.....Thanks Eric & Zak...

This is a first rate company with top personnel that program and help you from the get go. Their policies are great and they stick with them. Thanks Eric for you patience and knowledge in helping me pair my new Aids. My original purchase, M90R was found to have a defective microphone. Unheard of said Eric. I'll send you another pair. This was almost at the end of the tryout period. PS When I first put them on I actually heard my footsteps. Paradise is the right model of Phonak. I could hear me coming. LOL
