I was very hesitant to purchase hearing aids online. I spent hours researching different brands and doing comparisons. Finally, I made a decision to purchase at a huge cost savings from purchasing in Canada. I have been so pleased with the customer service right from the date of purchase. I received the aids at the beginning of February and already have had 3 calls from a hearing representative. This morning was almost a one hour phone conversation, starting with a hearing test and then proceeding to fix small issues I had made note of after wearing the aids for a week. I am very pleased with the hearing aids, from the cost to the service. I cannot say enough good things about Direct Hearing. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was looking to upgrade my hearing aids and tried a pair of Phonak hearing aids at an audiologist’s office. I was impressed with the advancements in technology but not the cost. I researched options on line and was able to purchase the Phonak hearing aids from Hearing Direct for a substantial savings. The entire process was seamless. When I received my new ears they were already programed. Eric contacted me prior to receiving them and gave me an overview and sent instructions tailored to my hearing aids. After taking them for a spin I contacted Eric and we dialed the hearing aids in to my needs. In all the years I’ve used hearing aids this by far was the most comprehensive fitting I have experienced. Eric took the time to explain every detail and answer my questions, which I had quite a few. Another huge advantage was all this was done from the comfort of my home. I am extremely satisfied with the Phonak hearing aids and the support I have received to date.

I've been wearing HA for more than 20 years with mixed results. Never great, but serviceable. I recently bought the new Phonak Paradise P90 hearing aids. Parts of my hearing are in the severe loss range. The home hearing test+the hearing test that's built in turned out to yield far better results with programming than I have ever experienced at the audiologist. For me the difference is almost magical, I am hearing sounds that I never heard with my previous HA, with out excessive volume or feedback. Streaming is really intuitive and automatic. For the first time music is rich with deep bass. Similar to ear buds. The proof is in the pudding, now my wife asks me to turn down the TV volume, and I am no longer using a TV streaming device. The way the Bluetooth automatically switches sources just works, no manual intervention. I never would have imagined that buying HA online could be better than in person. Eric made the whole process super easy, and I had them in under a week.

A Great Experience All Around! It started with their website ... most helpful with detailed explanations of each type of hearing aids and the opportunity to take an online hearing test. They truly put emphasis on personalized and excellent service for customers and make it understood that they are eager and readily available to help. The products are of excellent quality and the price point is considerably lower than that which most audiologists charge. They are shipped quickly, well packaged, and contain many useful parts, batteries, and detailed instructions on how to use and set up the hearing aids. All in all, a great company to do business with.

Eric was very patient and informative. He described the process very plainly and made the entire on-line experience satisfying. He forwarded product information to my email while we were on the phone. He even researched and sent me EMF information on the hearing aids I purchased. The only disappointment I have with my hearing aids is that I need to purchase a TV Connector. It was my understanding the hearing aids would easily connect to my Smart TV via Bluetooth, which was the main reason why I purchased the P90 hearing aids. I think the advertising is misleading.

I purchased my hearing aids from Direct Hearing almost 2 years ago now and they are great. I got the Phonak M90........great hearing aids and great service from Direct Hearing. I haven't really had any problems with them but when I have they answer the phone, talk you through the fix or get on the app and "dial in " to correct them. When it is time purchase new hearing aids - Direct Hearing has my business.

Buying, receiving, and getting the hearing aids adjusted to my particular need was super easy. The salesperson in the otolaryngologist's office quoted a price of $5950 for the Phonak Paradise hearing aids. When I looked online, Direct Hearing (DH) was SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS for the same exact model. I am 71 years old and terrible with technology. I think of my computer as a fancy typewriter. The staff at DH were very patient with me. I never felt rushed. I never felt stupid. After you receive your hearing aids DH has to work with you to adjust them to your specific needs. That was done with a virtual video call. They are able to log onto my Phonak app and make adjustments on that call. They spent more than a half hour with me and wouldn't stop the call until they were sure I knew what I was doing. I feel totally comfortable to call back if I forget how to work any aspect of my device. I feel totally taken care of by DH. AND you do it all from your home!
