Great experience from start to finish. I was guided through the purchase process by professionals and a with thorough battery of hearing tests before the purchase. After wearing the hearing aids for a week, I received another battery of hearing tests to fine tune the hearing aids. I have never heard as well as I do right now with the help of the Phonak hearing aids that I purchased at a great price. Thank you Direct Hearing!

I have purchased three sets of hearing aids on line. My experience with Direct Hearing has been the best of the three. (And I was very satisfied with the prior purchases). I bought a pair of Signia Pure 312 3X from Direct Hearing in February 2022. The aids were ordered and delivered in under 1 week. That was very important to me as I had no back up to wear and the one's I owned were failing. Eric set the programs and educated me on how to adjust using the phone app or completely independent of my phone. I was pleased before this morning's session (done remotely by phone) and I am over the moon excited after. The process was easy. There was zero pressure to purchase add ons, that I did not want. The pricing was very competitive and far better than going to a traditional store front. I have more than 30 years of buying and wearing hearing aids and sincerely recommend you try Direct Hearing. I have a profound hearing loss. My Signia aids work like a dream. Using the flexible cone I experience no feed back! I prefer this over the "custom fit" mold process.

Don’t be concerned about buying the wrong set. They guide you through the process with hearing tests and professional assistance. I bought replacement hearing aids after one of my first pair failed after several years. I worked with Eric selecting the new ones and he was very helpful, explaining the features and technology available with the new hearing aids. When the new ones arrived, Eric spent time going over every feature.. We set up a time for remotely fine tuning the programming. He spent close to an hour fine tuning and when we were done my hearing was better than I’d known for years.

I was a little concerned about buying hearing aids online but am so happy I did. I was looking at the same hearing aids from a local dealer then looked online and buying them from Direct Hearing saved me about $2,000. Eric was very patient and helpful. I'm a first time hearing aid user and he walked me through all the features of the Phonak Audeo Paradise P90. Went to bat for a small reduction in the price. He really acted as a customer support person for Direct Hearing. I gave a 4 star instead of the 5 star because I have not experienced the support I will need after getting and using the devices. If things hold true to presale then I will be happy to change it to a 5-star.
