Sometimes true colors are shown in the face of adversity. Eric provided incredible service and input into a sale that was culminated at my suggestion. Best price, best program, and best overall package. I paid the price in full and felt really good about my decision. The next day, today, I was offered a "free" hearing aid from the family of a person I visited from church. The gentleman had died and they wanted me to have his nearly new hearing aids as a token of love and thanks. Eric gladly refunded the payment and wished me well. No hassle, no problem! The service at DIRECT HEARING is professional and fast and at half the price i would be paying here in Quebec. The Phonak P90 cost me $4745,29 CDN and in Montreal the cost is $9000...for the same thing and the adjustement where very easy to do on line

I couldn't get your associate to call me back to re-program my hearing aids. Even after him setting a specific appointment time, he didn't call. I have been calling and waiting for 3 days. Perhaps your associate is ill.

I decided to not start using hearing aids because they were too expensive, then I found Direct Hearing. They quoted a price that was less than half what my local store quoted. I was concerned about how they could program the hearing aid and support me remotely, but Eric explained that modern hearing aids are designed for remote support. I got the Widex. It was totally designed for remote support and adjustments. I just got my first remote adjustment. It is working great. Thanks Eric.

After being reluctant to buy expensive hearing aids on line so far I'm completely satisfy. Eric has been awesome in answering my many questions and sometimes silly questions. He was very patient with me and after researching Direct Hearing and reading many reviews and also researching the Phonak Paradise P90 hearing aids I was convinced. I've had them a short time but getting use to them and love the phone ap. Eric was able to fine tune them over the phone and ensured me I could call him anytime to adjust them even more. I also like the rechargeable hearing aids as I don't have worry about remembering to take batteries or changing them. So, so far so good and at this time I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem. P.S. My wife said they still don't help selective hearing! LOL
